Pros:

Cons:

The ball requires 3 x watch batteries (in addition to 3 x AA for base)
The ball battery life is limited (approx 10 hrs)
Would be better if it moved up and down too

What I like about this Petnf cat laser toy

The reality is, cats love chasing any little that moves, right? So, when she sees this toy from Petnf flying around your room, she will go nuts (in a good way). This is partly due to the 3-speed settings that it has.

I like the way that it can be separated into two, the base and the ball itself, which has the laser on to. Meaning your kitty can have fun with the ball on its own or mounted on the base.

On the base, it can rotate a full 360 degrees, which is great for keeping her active and entertained. Also, the way it’s designed means that it will operate quietly. Meaning, if you leave her to play with it it won’t disturb you while you focus on another activity.

It is made using eco-friendly material, which adds some reassurance while your kitty is having some fun with the toy.

In summary, if you are looking for a cat toy that can be separated into two units, comes with eco-friendly material and operates quietly, then you will love this.

What I do not like about this Petnf cat laser toy

This toy is quite demanding with batteries. Meaning, it will need 3 watch-sized batteries for the ball as well as an additional three AA sized batteries for the actual base. In addition to this, the ball may last up to 10 hours, which I feel is a bit limited.

Earlier I mentioned, while it’s on the base, it can rotate 360-degrees, remember? Well, that’s great. But, I just feel that it could be improved if it could also rotate up and down as well.

Pros:

Great to distract your kitty while you tidy the house, etc.

Nice and quiet
Strong & durable ABS plastic (claimed to be safe for pets)

Cons:

Would be better if there was an option for a longer timer (e.g. an hour or more)
Different light colors would be better (just has red laser)
The instructions are a bit confusing

What I love about this PetMuscle cat laser toy

Firstly, just look at this cat toy, it looks like an android, cool, right? Well, apart from that it has 4 speed and rotation settings. Coupled with 4 timer settings. Meaning, it has various combinations to keep your kitty active and entertained.

If you ever dread getting a new piece of kit, because you fear it may be complicated to set up, don’t worry about this one, it is simple to get up and running.

With the timer settings, it’s great for you to get on with another activity, such as tidying up, while she plays with her new toy. The great thing with this is, while it’s on the timer when it completes it will automatically shut-down.

This is great for conserving battery power to save you having to keep replacing them, are you with me?

If you have some concerns about the noise that this may or may not create, relax. Why? Well, it operates fairly quiet, so it should be fine for you.

It comes with some strong and durable ABS plastic that should stand up to some rough play by your kitty.

What I do not love about this PetMuscle cat laser toy

Earlier I complimented this device on its timer settings and the fact that it will automatically shut-down, remember? Well, this is good, but, it would be better if there was an option to have a longer time setting, say an hour or more.

This is so you can do longer activities while your cat plays. Because, right now, when the timer finishes you will have to manually reset it.

As you imagine, it comes with a red laser. It would be even better if there were some other color options to keep her even more entertained.

Finally, regarding the instructions, for those that use them, they are a bit confusing, in my opinion.

Easy to see, even in brightly lit rooms
Interesting shape and design (will grab her attention)

Cons:

Would be good if there was a laser only option (instead of the feather)
No option to stay on after the timer completes (Need to keep resetting it)
A bit loud

What I appreciate about this Reeple laser toy

Looking at this laser toy just grabs your attention, it has a weird, but appealing design that will have your kitty chasing it like crazy.

If you appreciate motion patterns, you are in with a treat, because this has quite a few to choose from. Which, I think is a great feature.

I love the fact that this works well on many different surfaces, so you have the option to place it almost anywhere in your home.

It’s nice to know that it comes with a free mouse toy to keep her engaged and entertained. But, more importantly, adding variety to the gameplay, are you with me?

It rotates around a 360-degree motion, meaning she will run around and around after this thing, keeping her entertained.

If you have rooms that are bright and well lit, don’t worry, this device is still clear to see. In general, it is bright and eye-catching in most settings.

In summary, if you are looking for a laser cat toy that is something different, visible in brightly lit rooms and can spin round 360 degrees, then this is for you.

What I do not appreciate about this Reeple laser toy

The reality is, some cats may be overwhelmed with the lasers and feathers flashing around the room simultaneously. Therefore, it would be good if there was an option to have just the laser on, are you with me?

After the time runs out, you will need to manually reset it. It is not a major problem. But, it can be annoying if you are in the middle of something and you need to go back to it and reset it, right?

Lastly, it is a bit loud. Not ridiculously loud mind you, but noticeable, if that makes sense?
